Well wouldn't this ''Ultimate Vegetto'' be just as strong as a SSJ4 Vegetto, since SSJ4 is also a potential unlock? If so then your question is already answered, but if not then I'd say Beerus, because Beerus in DBS is easily around the top level GT characters for me. You mean like BoGT Goku who had trouble catching a missile fired by Emperor Pilaf (who by the way should not even by alive by this point) Or Goten being amazed that Bebi destroyed part of a city with a single blast (Not an entire city, which even Nappa has been seen to do) GT is no good for comparisons. It makes no sense. And thus I reiterate. Broken. We're already in the realm of Gods, where exactly can Dragonball go from here?
